The delicious doughnut is a perfect choice for your dessert or for breakfast in the morning.


Wheat Flour:  400g

Dry instant yeast: 6g

Powdered milk: 20g

Butter: 65g

Salt: 0.5 tbsp

Melted white chocolate: 3 tbsp

Egg: 1

Melted dark chocolate: 3 tbsp

Sugar: 45g

Fresh milk: 180ml


Step 1:

Add wheat flour, dry instant yeast, sugar, salt, powdered milk and egg into a bowl and mixed.

Step 2:

Add butter and knead

Step 3:

Scrape dough onto a generously floured surface, pat dough out to about 1/2 inch thick

Step 4:

Make a small circle in the middle of the dough, keep the dough at least 1 hour.

Step 5:

Deep-fried the dough

Step 6:

After frying the dough, dip into melted chocolate. Décor with melted chocolate and candy

Step 7:
